Principle of electrolytic coloring:

The method that metal ions in electrolytic solution infiltrate into the bottom of membrane pores to reduce deposition and make the film colored is called electrolytic coloring method, also called secondary electrolysis method.

Process: surface pretreatment, direct current sulfuric acid anodizing, electrolytic coloring, boiling water sealing or electrophoretic coating.

Principle of electrolytic coloring:

With anodized (colored) products as anode, aluminum or stainless steel as cathode, and placed in heat curing acrylic transparent resin solution, under the action of external electric field, the paint particles with negative charge move towards the products, thus forming a paint film with adhesive on its surface.


Process: surface pretreatment - Anodizing - electrolytic coloring - Electrophoretic Painting


After anodizing and electrolytic coloring, the electrophoretic coating can protect the aluminum profile in two layers. With high transparency, high metal texture, high corrosion resistance and high weather resistance, it is more decorative than spray painting and powder spraying, and is deeply loved by users.
