Analysis of the causes of the low heat of the aluminum shell radiator

The aluminum shell radiator is not hot, which may be one of the following reasons:

(1) the resistance is large. In the parallel system, the problem may occur if the radiator is changed privately. The resistance is large, the flow of hot water is small, and the heat dissipation is reduced;

(2) if the water temperature of the heat medium is low, the heat dissipation capacity is small. The standard heat dissipation capacity commonly used by our radiator is measured at the water inlet temperature of 95 ℃, the water outlet temperature of 70 ℃, and the room temperature of 18 ℃. If the water inlet temperature of 70 ℃, the water outlet temperature of 55 ℃, and the room temperature of 18 ℃, the heat dissipation capacity is about 40% lower;

(3) low water pressure, low water pressure, insufficient hot water and low heat dissipation at the far end or high place of parallel system;

(4) the way of water inlet and outlet pipes is different, and the heat dissipation is also reduced. The heat sink is about 20% lower than that of upper inlet and lower outlet;

(5) air block: open the air-conditioning valve to exhaust the air in the radiator, and then close it;

(6) the radiator is partially blocked;

(7) the designed or installed radiator is less and the total heat dissipation is not enough;

(8) with a heating cover, the heat dissipation is often reduced by about 20%;

(9) ventilation of doors and windows.


Aluminum radiator is a series of devices used to conduct and release heat. At present, the radiators mainly include heating radiators and computer radiators, among which the radiators can be divided into several types according to the material and working mode, and the computer radiators can be divided into several types according to the purpose and installation method.


At present, the common materials of heat sink are copper and aluminum alloy, which have their own advantages and disadvantages. Copper has good thermal conductivity, but the price is expensive, the radiator is difficult to process, the weight is too large (many pure copper radiators exceed the weight limit of CPU), the heat capacity is small, and it is easy to oxidize. However, pure aluminum is too soft to be used directly. Only the used aluminum alloy can provide enough hardness. The advantages of aluminum alloy are low price and light weight, but its thermal conductivity is much worse than that of copper. Some radiators have their own advantages. A copper plate is embedded in the base of the aluminum alloy radiator.
